Typically ESBC performs three major concerts per year at Christmas, Easter and Summer. Sometimes additional events are organised to supplement the schedule. These include choral workshops, collaborations and additional performances.

Our second Lenten Meditation will be on Good Friday, in aid of St Peter's Church, Firle and with the same programme as our Palm Sunday concert.

St Anne's Church, Lewes
This concert has been postponed
The first of our Lenten Meditation concerts is in St Anne's on Palm Sunday. We will be performing Buxtehude's Membra Jesu Nostri & anthems by Victoria, Schutz and Pergolesi, with Imogen Moore (soprano), Emily Waters (alto) and the Baroque Collective Chamber Ensemble.

ESBC joins the East Sussex Community Choir to sing the semi-chorus in Elgar's Dream of Gerontius conducted by Nicholas Houghton. Gerontius will be sung by tenor Paul Austin Kelly, Angel by mezzo Rebecca Leggett & Priest by bass Adam Maxey, with Musicians of All Saints.
